unaware of the meteor shower, i walked out to my porch wednesday night facing the eastern sky and noticed a big star (planet). i have since learned that it is jupiter. while i stood there i saw a falling star (ok meteor) swoosh by on the horizon. it seriously looked like it dropped to earth about 6 blocks away. it brought me such joy as it is hard to see the action in the night sky here in portland. i like your star painting.

I love the way you’ve handled the paint on the ocean and on the rocks. Its loose and spontaneous. Colors are nice too. Great work!
